Boneless Spareribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless spareribs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine 
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic , grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder

Directions:

  1. Marinate ribs overnight
  2. Cook for 60 minutes at 225 degrees, flipping after 30 minutes
  3. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired temperature is reached. I prefer the ribs well done.
