Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless spareribs
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic , grated
- 1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder
Directions:
- Marinate ribs overnight
- Cook for 60 minutes at 225 degrees, flipping after 30 minutes
- Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired temperature is reached. I prefer the ribs well done.
