Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a container
- Dip chicken in buttermilk and shake off the excess
- Dredge chicken in container of dry ingredients
- Refrigerate container with dry ingredients and chicken for at least 30 minutes so flour sticks to chicken
- Remove from fridge and use excess dry ingredients to coat chicken a second time
- Air fry at 350 (15 minutes skin up, 12 minutes with skin down, flip and cook for 5 more minutes).
