Ingredients:
- Ground pork/veal/beef (1/2 lb of each)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped stale bread
- 1/2 cup parmesan
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix ingredients in bowl
- Form golf ball sized meatballs with hands and set aside
- Add neutral oil to medium heat skillet
- Add meatballs to skillets and brown (couple of minutes on each side)
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes
- Top with red sauce (see recipe in blog) and serve
