Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Ground pork/veal/beef (1/2 lb of each)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped stale bread
  • 1/2 cup parmesan

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix ingredients in bowl
  3. Form golf ball sized meatballs with hands and set aside
  4. Add neutral oil to medium heat skillet
  5. Add meatballs to skillets and brown (couple of minutes on each side)
  6. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
  7. Top with red sauce (see recipe in blog) and serve
