
Ingredients:
- 1 9″ pie crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Shape pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
- Scatter walnuts and chocolate chips on bottom of pie crust.
- In stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together, once smooth, add eggs one at a time.
- Slowly add flour, then bourbon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour over chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until set. Depending on your oven, you may need to cover edges of pie crust with foil to avoid burning.
