Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. imitation crab meat
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1 package of wontons
Directions
- Place wonton wrappers aside and mix remaining ingredient in blender.
- Place one teaspoon of filling in each of the wontons
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with slurry made from 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons water. Fold in a triangle and press to seal removing air from inside. Use additional slurry to seal edges.
- Heat 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a skillet until it is just under 350 degrees
- Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
